Italy’s Twenty wine regions correspond to the Twenty administrative regions. Chef Vincenzo’s understanding of Italian wine becomes clearer with an understanding of the differences between each region; their cuisines reflect their indigenous wines and vice versa. With Chef Vincenzo’s father, a Master Wine and Beer marker, he has found the love for wine of Calabria, Piedmont, Veneto and Tuscany.
